摘要
文章不仅论述了当前钢丝绳抽油杆抽油系统研究的主要方法、结论和观点 ,同时详细讨论了目前研究中存在的主要问题 ,提出了建立钢丝绳抽油系统理论体系的基本内容及解决方案。目前 ,钢丝绳抽油系统的理论分析基本都采用与常规钢杆抽油系统相同的方法 ,建立的动力学模型 ,并没有明显反映钢丝绳抽油杆的结构特征和力学特性 ,在其振动方程中完全套用常规钢抽油杆杆体振动阻尼系数 ,根据该振动方程的求解结果 ,对钢丝绳抽油杆抽油系统工作的实际情况难以作出正确的分析 ,从而也难以对钢丝绳抽油杆抽油的实际油井示功图及其产量与泵效提高的原因作出准确的解释。因此 ,十分有必要建立完善而且能较全面地、客观地。
This paper describes the main methods, conclusions and views of current research on flexible continuous steel sucker rod pumping system as well as main problems in current research, presents the preliminary idea and solution to establish a theory system of flexible continuous steel sucker rod. Currently, theoretical analysis of flexible continuous steel sucker rod pumping system usually adopts traditional methods used in rigid steel rod pumping system. The dynamics model in flexible continuous steel sucker rod pumping system hasn't reflected its constructional and physics characteristics. It copies the rod's vibration damping coefficient of conventional steel sucker rod completely. It's hard to make proper analysis of actual performance of flexible continuous steel sucker rod pumping system only according to the result from this vibration equation, and hard to properly explain the actual dynamics diagram, its output and reasons that make pumping efficiency increase. So it's in need to establish a working theory, which can reflect the characteristics of flexible continuous steel sucker rod string completely, objectively and systematically.
