抽油机中央轴承座2种形式的分析

Analysis of two types of central bearing seats of pumping units

抽油机轴承座有座动式和轴动式 2种形式。经现场应用和理论分析 ,建议在大型抽油机中央轴承座的结构设计中 ,最好采用轴动式 ,这样可改善轴承座在重负荷工作中的润滑条件 ,延长轴承使用寿命。

There are two types of bearing seat installations for pumping units:seat moving type with the seat fixed to the beam and axid moving type with the seat fixed to the frace.By theoretical analysis and application investigation,it is suggested to use axid movement one for better lubricating performance and longer bearing working life.
