近年来 ,为拓宽和占领国内化肥市场 ,各化肥厂不断地改变化肥品种 ,大颗粒尿素就是其中的新品种之一。生产大颗粒尿素往往是在原有化肥装置的基础上进行改造的项目 ,由于受资金和占地的限制 ,因此其后处理系统一般不允许新建。较为详细地介绍乌鲁木齐石化公司在其一化肥尿素改造工程中 ,利用原一、二化肥尿素后处理系统的设备 ,建成的大颗粒尿素生产装置后处理系统 ,至今运行良好。这一技改工程的成功 。

In recent years,in order to broaden and occupy the domestic fertilizer market,many fertilizer factories have been continuously remodeling their product categories,among which large granule urea is one of them.The productions of great granule urea are often revamped from original fertilizer plants.Limited by investment and land,generally new product handing systems are not allowed to be built.The urea revamp project from one of the plants of urumchi petrochemical company has been introduced in detail,where the large granule urea product handling system is revamped from original No.1 and No.2 urea product handling systems,and is in good operation condition.The success of this revamp project will give certain assistance for design of similar engineering project.
