环氧树脂灌封胶表面缩痕去除的研究

Study on eliminating surface shrinkage marks of epoxy resin pouring sealent

在环氧树脂灌封胶体系中 ,通过添加活性稀释剂、填料、流平剂、消泡剂等辅助材料以改善环氧固化物表面的收缩流痕 ,从而得到光滑平整的固化物。结果证明 ,选择合适的固化剂很重要 。

The surface shrinkage marks were eliminated by adding reactive diluent,filler,levelling agent and anti-bubbling agent etc.in the epoxy resin pouring sealent system,and so the cured with a smooth and flat surface was obtained.The results showed that it is very impotant to choose suitable curing agent,but the amout of anti-bubbling agent and levelling agent should not be ignored.
