用粒度分布法评价聚合醇抑制剂的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用激光粒度仪对聚合醇钻井液处理剂抑制黏土水化分散的性能进行了研究 ,较好地解决了页岩膨胀法和岩屑回收率法不能评价该处理剂抑制性的问题 .在评价实验中 ,选用安丘伊利石和高岭土为评价用土 ,在固定的搅拌速度和搅拌时间下 ,测定了该土在清水中分散后的粒径分布 ,得出5μm以细的粒子含量及粒径中值 .制定了测定粒度分布的实验步骤及聚合醇钻井液性能指标要求 :5 μm以细的粒子含量≤ 2 0 .0 % ,粒径中值≥ 1 2 .0 μm. Polylol is of excellent inhibition and lubricity, and it is widely applied in many oilfields. But because the mechanism of its effects is not thoroughly studied, it is difficult to establish the evaluation standard of polylol inhibition. In accordance with the particle size distribution method, the inhibition of polylol is studied and evaluated by means of an advanced laser diffraction particle size analyzer. The results show that by using this method, the inhibition of clay-hydrated dispersion of polylol inhibitors can effectively evaluated. The evaluation standard of polylol inhibitors are established, and the applications to Shengli Oilfield show that the evaluation standard is reliable.
