早期营养干预对SGA大鼠体格生长的影响

摘要 目的 :了解生后早期营养干预对SGA大鼠体格发育的影响。方法 :正常新生鼠仔和SGA鼠仔随机分四组 :正常对照组对正常大鼠正常饮食 (CC)组。SGA生后初 4周正常饮食 (SC)组 ,SGA鼠生后初 4周低蛋白饮食(SL)组及高蛋白饮食 (SH)组。 4周后各组均予正常饮食喂养。出生、第 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 8、 12周各测一次体重、身长。结果 :(1)SGA鼠出生体重、身长均显著小于正常鼠。 (2 )SL组身长、体重自出生至 12周均落后于CC组 ,有显著性差异。 (3)SC组体重、身长追赶生长 ,于生后第 5周追至正常组范围 ,12周时与CC组比较无显著性差异。(4)SH组头 4周身长、体重追赶生长迅速 ,12周时身长与CC组比较无显著性差异 ;体重则重于CC组 ,有显著性差异。结论 :宫内营养不良致SGA新生鼠出生体重、身长发育落后 ;生后早期 (初 4周 )营养状况对SGA大鼠早期体格追赶生长及成年期能否达正常水平有重要的影响。 Objective:To study the effect of early period nutrients on the development of body in SGA rats Methods:The pups were divided into CC groups and SC groups(normal protein diet p20),SL groups(low protein diet p10),SC groups(high protein diet p30) Body weight and length of rats were measured in the end of the first,second,third,fourth,fifth,eighth and twelfth week Results:The mean values for the birth weight and length were significantly lower in SGA rats compared with normal rats The body weight and length of SL pups didn't catch up growth in early period after birth and couldn't reach the normal adult value in 12th week,while SC pups exhibited catch up growth and reached the normal adult values SH pups caught up growth quickly and their length reached the normal adult values,while the weight were higher than CC pups in 12th week Conclusion: The birth weight and length of body were markedly smaller in SGA pups subjected to nutrition restriction in uterine when compared with normal pups Nutrition early after birth has important effect on body growth development of SGA
