摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT仿真内镜 (CTVE)成像在骨性椎管病变诊断中的价值。资料与方法 对 30例正常人的骨性椎管 (颈段椎管 13例 ,胸段椎管 7例 ,腰段椎管 10例 )和 36例椎管疾病 (椎体外伤性压缩骨折 12例 ,病理性压缩骨折 10例 ,椎体骨质增生 10例 ,椎体滑脱 4例 )行螺旋CT扫描 ,对其横轴位原始图像 (2D)和CTVE进行比较。其中 8例与手术结果比较。结果 30例正常椎管和 36例病变椎管均成功地进行了CTVE成像 ,CTVE成像相应地显示了 2D原始图像所显示骨性椎管正常以及病理改变的内表面 ,以及手术所见。结论 螺旋CT的 2D原始图像结合CTVE成像 ,能更全面、整体地显示骨性椎管的改变 。
Objective To evaluate helical CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in the diagnosis of the lesions of bony vertebral canal.Materials and Methods Helical CT scanning of the bony vertebral canal was performed in 30 normal individuals, including cervical (n=13), thoracic (n=7) and lumbar (n=10) column, and in 36 patients with diseased vertebral column, including compression fracture (n=12), pathologic compression fracture (n=10), hyperosteogeny (n=10) and olisthe (n=4) of vertebral body. A comparison between axial 2D images and CTVE was made. The findings were compared with surgical results in 8 cases.Results CTVE imaging were successfully completed in all normal and diseased cases. CTVE well displayed the normal structures and the inner surface of the lesions of the bony vertebral canal. CTVE findings were consistent with the surgical results.Conclusion A combination of 2D resource images with CTVE imaging provides more comprehensive and detailed information of bony vertebral canal, very useful for physician in clinical practice.
