动脉溶栓介入治疗急性脑梗死——(附26例临床分析)

Interventional Therapy of Artery Thrombolysis on Acute Cerebral Infarction:26 cases Report

目的:寻求急性脑梗死的有效治疗方法。方法:对26例由CT确诊、发病在6h内的急性脑梗死患者,用微导管技术在靶血管闭塞点或起始部输注尿激酶进行超选择性溶栓治疗,溶栓前后均作数字减影脑血管造影,以了解血管闭塞和再通情况。结果:临床痊愈18例,显效8例;闭塞性血管完全再通18例,部分再通8例,26例均无明显不良反应。结论:动脉溶栓介入治疗急性脑梗死是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective: To find an effective treatment for acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 26 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients within 6 hours after the stroke confirmed by CT were treated super - selective thrombolysis through urokinase at the occlusion point or initial part of the target vessel by micro - catheter technology. DSA was performed in all patients before and after thrombolysis in order to check occlusion and recycling of the vessels. Results: 18 cases were cured clinically and 8 cases had remarkable effects, 18 cases with closed vessel occured were recycled completely and 8 cases were recycled partly, No obvious adverse effect occured. Conclusion: Interventional therapy of artery thrombolysis on acute cerebral infarction is a safe and effective method.
