罗哌卡因和布比卡因对兔心血管系统的毒性作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:静脉连续输注罗哌卡因与布比卡因,比较等剂量和等效剂量的罗哌卡因与布比卡因对兔心血管系统的毒性作用,及复苏的难易程度,为临床安全使用提供实验依据。方法:新西兰大白兔27只,随机分成三组:A组:连续静脉输注罗哌卡因1mg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1);B组:连续静脉输注罗哌卡因1.4mg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1);C组:连续静脉输注布比卡因1mg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1)。观察血压、心率的变化,并在出现QRS波型异常增宽、50%HR、70%BP和心跳停止时,记录局麻药的用量,并抽血查局麻药的浓度。在血压降低至50mmHg以下时,进行复苏。结果:三组动物的体重、基础血压和基础心率无差异。出现QRS波型异常增宽、50%HR、70%BP和心跳停止的时间,A组和B组明显比C组迟,有显著差异(P<0.05);引起以上现象所需局麻药量A组和B组明显大于C组,有显著差异(P<0.05);各对应时相的血药浓度,A组和B组明显高于C组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。复苏的成功率,A、B、和C三组分别为66.7%,55.6%和33.3%,A和B组高于C组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:无论是等剂量还是等效剂量的罗哌卡因,对心血管系统的毒性均比布比卡因低,复苏成功率亦比布比卡因高。 Objective: To compare the toxicity of ropivacaine and bupivacaine administered at equivalent and equipotent doses on cardiovascular system, and the success of resuscitation after incremental infusions of ropivacaine and bupivacaine to the point of cardivascular collapse in rabbits.
