摘要
智齿的阻生率达62.8%,许多智齿均需要拔除,而下颌阻生智齿拔除术后常常发生肿胀等并发症,采用局部注射地塞米松(DXM)预防术后肿胀有一定的疗效。
The impaction rate of opsigenes is usually 62.8%, and most of them need removing. But complications often occur after arrachement of mandibular impacted opsigenes, such as swelling. The effect of partial DXM injection on postoperative swelling is discussed.
