A型肉毒毒素在上半面部除皱中的应用

THE TREATMENT FOR UPPER HALF-FACE CREASES WITH THE BOTULINUM TOXIN A

使用A型肉毒毒素(BotulinumToxinA,BTX-A)注射治疗上半面部皱纹144例,其中额纹57例,眉间纹29例,鼻背部皱纹14例,双侧鱼尾纹44例.其结果144例皱纹中显效114例占79.17%;满意23例占15.97%;失败7例占4.86%,总有效率为95.14%.无一例发生中毒、过敏、上睑下垂、复视、下睑外翻等严重并发症.证明了A型肉毒毒素注射治疗上半面部皱纹,安全快速、侵袭性小,临床效果优良.

144 cases of the upper half\|face creases were treated in which the botulinum toxin A (BTX\|A)was injected. They included 57 cases of brow striae 29 cases of glabella wrinkles, 14 cases of nose back creases and 44 cases of fish tail striae. Among all the cases, 114 ones received good effects, taking up 79.17 per cent; 23 ones were satisfying, with the per centage of 1597. Only 7 examples ended in failure, about 4.86 per cent. No cases showed such serious complications as intoxication, allergic, blepharoptosis, diplopia or lower eyelid eversion. In brief, the treatment for upper half\|face creases with the BTX\|A injection was safe and quick,the aggressivity was little and the clinical treatment was quite effective.
