摘要
对树鼠句喂高胆固醇饲料的同时给予消石散,观察消石散对结石形成的抑制作用.结果表明消石散给药量在3000mg/kg体重时对结石的形成具有明显的抑制作用.
We investigated the inhibition effect of Xiao shisan on form of gallstones in Chinese tree shrews after feeding Xiao shisan meanwhile giving hypercholesterol feed for 42 days running. The result showed that Chinese tree shrews were treated daily with an oral does of 3 000 mg/kg body weight of Xiao shisan and the form of gallstones were significantly inhibited.
