摘要
以超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛、血糖、血红蛋白、肝糖元和肌糖元含量变化为指标,对一次性大负荷运动的给药组与非给药组小鼠进行了比较研究.结果表明,太白参可显著降低丙二醛含量,抑制由于运动导致的超氧化物歧化酶活性上升以及血红蛋白、肌糖元、肝糖元含量下降,显示出太白参具有增强身体机能的作用.
To observe the tonic effects of Taibai Ginsen on exercised rats, the activity of SOD, content of MDA? blood sugar? hemoglobin? liver hepatin and muscle hepatin are selected as target index. Two groups of rats ,one dealed with Taibai Ginsen, the other treated as contrast, are valued by on the index after a severe exercise. The result shows: Taibai Ginsen could decrease the content of MDA distinctly; lower the activity of SOD induced by severe exercise; inhibit the content decrease of liver hepatin?muscle hepatin and hemoglobin. It is shown that Taibai Ginsen has strong action in promoting physical performance of exercised rats.
