A new advance of method of effective constituent quantitative analysis for Chinese traditional and herbal drugs

综述了近10年来中草药有效成分定量分析方法研究的新进展,包括我国中草药定量分析方法研究的回顾、国内中草药定量分析方法研究的现状、中草药有效成分定量分析方法研究的新动向等.结果表明,除了HPLC方法广泛应用于中草药有效成分定量分析以外,毛细管电泳法(CE),高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE),毛细管电色谱法(CapillaryElectrochromatography,CEC),薄层扫描法,流动注射化学发光法,电化学法和质谱法等已成为研究中草药有效成分的重要手段.

This paper reports a new researching and advance of method of effective constituent quantitative analysis for the Chinese traditional and herbal drugs over the last ten years. It includes the reviewing of the research and advance of method of effective constituent quantitative analysis for the Chinese traditional and herbal drugs in China, its situation in present China and its new tendency overseas accordance with related literature. Conclusion: Besides HPLC method which has been applied on the quantitative analysis of effective constituents for the Chinese traditional and herbal drugs, the CE, HPCE, CEC, TLCS, FICL, EC and MS have become as important researching approach of effective constituents quantitative analysis of Chinese traditional and herbal drugs.
