摘要
以羽衣甘蓝的嫩茎为实验材料 ,在MS +BA2mg L + 2 ,4 D 0 .5mg L的培养基上可诱导出愈伤组织 ,在MS+BA0 .5mg L +IAA0 .2mg L的培养基上愈伤组织的分化率达 1 3.2倍 .分化苗在 1 2MS培养基上生根率为 96.7% ;无菌茎段在 1 2MS培养基上可直接获得生根苗 ,生根苗在河砂或炉灰渣上移栽和扦插的成活率为 83.3%或 86.7% .本实验羽衣甘蓝的繁殖速度可达每月 1 3倍左右 。
Brassia cleracea var acephala is the material for this experiment. The stems and leaves of Brassia cleracea var acephala can be induied d to become callus in the medium of MS+BA2 mg/L+2,4 D0.5 mg/L. The differentiation rate of callus reach 13.2 times in the medium of MS+BA0.5 mg/L+IAA0.2 mg/L. Differentiation seeding can root directly in the medium of 1/2MS. Sterile stems can root in the medium of 1/2MS. The living rate of translocation in the sands or the ashes from the stove is 86.7% or 83.3% respectively. The speed of propagation is 13 times. This speed can meet the needs of production.
