为规范广西水利行政管理工作 ,实现广西水利行业内部信息上传下达无纸化 ,设想创建广西水利政策法规保障体系支持系统。系统以数据库服务器为核心 ,采用 Internet共享服务技术 ,建立一个网络办公信息处理平台 。

To normalize the supervision of water conservancy in Guangxi and realize non-paper office inside the industry,the construction of the network management system for water conservancy laws is suggested.
