摘要
根据电业局的各项业务分析并结合其实际特点和管理现状,综合运用CORBA和数据库等计算机技术以及多智能体等人工智能技术,构建并开发出了一套新型的电业局智能管理信息系统.通过建立该智能管理信息系统,可以实现整个电业局的信息化管理和智能化辅助决策.本文对整个系统的体系结构、功能特点都作了详细介绍,并给出具体的实现技术和方法.系统的应用实例证明,该系统可有效提高应用单位的工作效率和管理水平.
System engineers have constructed and developed an intelligent management information system (IMIS) of the Electricity Bureau by means of CORBA, database and Multi-Agent, which is based on the facts of management and special operational requirements of the Electricity Bureau. The Electricity Bureau can implement the management information system and intelligently make computer-aided decision by means of IMIS. This paper introduces the structure and function of IMIS of the Electricity Bureau and puts forward various methods to develop IMIS. The application illustrates that IMIS can greatly improve work efficiency and management.
