摘要
针对绿色建筑体系这一复杂的系统工程所面对的新问题,迫切需要建立绿色建筑评价工具作为实施运作的技术支撑,使共同参与营建全过程的多层次合作者形成共识.目前相关的一些评价体系已被借鉴,但并不完全适用于建筑营建中的相关因素和实践活动.在建构绿色建筑评价工具中对所涉及到的评价界定、评价目的、结构框架、评价范围、操作指标、量化评分等几个关键问题必须把握.最终指出:评价工具对即将使用它和以它为终极目的行为必须有一个明确的目标;认为"评价工具"同时也应该是"设计工具";对评价工具的设置应精简,把握住那些重要的因素,并使其层次条理化;在运用中应体现出客观性和再评性,以及同一对象的不同评价人应该产生接近的评估结果,最终建构符合自身的绿色建筑评价体系.
With the new issues put forward by the Green Architecture system, a highly complicated systematic project, it is imperative to establish an evaluation tool as the technical support of practical operation. so that it can help to bring consensus for cooperators involved in the whole construction process and at multilevel. Some appraisal methods proposed at present are not very suitable for practical activity and relevant aspects of Green Architecture. In the process of making the Green Architecture evaluation tool, it is a must to grasp several key issues, such as the evaluation definition, goal, framework, scope, operation index, quantity score, etc. In addition, the evaluation tool must set up clear targets for its users, and also as a design tool, it must be concise and clear. In practical operation, it should be objective and can be repeated, and different people should get approximate results for the same object. Thus, the suitable Green Architecture evaluation system can be estalished.
