摘要 基于法国SETRUM公司的焙烧炉的热平衡数据 ,通过对其中的各个热收入项和热支出项进行分析 ,总结出沥青挥发分充分燃烧与否、固体蓄热回收 (空气预热 )程度、漏风量大小、炉体散热情况和自动控制技术是影响焙烧炉的热耗的五大因素 .对这些影响因素的存在原因进行深入的探讨 ,从炉子设计和运行的角度提出了解决的办法和建议 . Based on the analysis of every heat income and loss in the furnace, the five main factors that affected heat consumption in an anode baking furnace were the combustion situation of pitch volatiles, the recycle degree of solid heat deposit (preheating air), the infiltrates quantity of outside air, the condition for dissipating heat from furnace body and the automatic control technology. The reasons for these involved factors were discussed. The methods and proposals for solving the problems were given from the angle of the furnace design and operation.
