摘要
基于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS ,对中厚板焊接的温度场和应力应变场进行三维数值动态模拟 ,并将计算量控制在可接受的范围内 .建模时采用两种单元结合以获得焊缝处细密、远离焊缝处粗略的不均匀网格 ,热载荷施加过程中采用余量控制法 ,应力应变场的分析采取了一系列非线性措施 .计算结果表明在焊接和冷却过程中角变形沿纵向并不总是线性分布的 .
Based on ANSYS, three dimensional finite element numerical dynamic simulation of welding of mid thick plates was carried out. The amount of calculation was controlled within the acceptable range. Two kinds of elements were combined to get the uneven grids of meshes. During the loading history, the overmeasure was controlled to ensure the precision of nodes selection. For the analysis of stress and strain fields, a series of nonlinear measures were adopted. From the simulation results the development of angular deformation in the heating and cooling process was discovered.
