摘要 设计一套离心泵性能测试装置及其控制系统。离心泵的流量、进出口压力、功率、转速、进出口调节阀的开度等采用单片微机检测,通过自动调节进出口阀控制汽蚀和流量。控制面板可同时显示所有参数,这些参数通过串行通讯输入PC微机,并由PC微机处理储存控制及绘制成性能曲线。试验装置能方便地实现离心泵的恒流输出、但压输出等各种功能。 In order to design and use centrifugal pump well,we designed a new apparatus of testing characteristics of centrifugal pump and its control system. We measured flow rate, pressure of inlet and outlet, power,speed,open degree of valves in input and output pipelines by single-chip microprocessor. The flow rate of pump is changed automatically by valve in output pipeline. The control plate can show all of the parameters at the same time. The parameters were communicated to PC microcomputer by multiswitch. The PC computer can save and deal with it,and then draw the property curves. The pump can be operated at constant flow or pressure.
