初探企业管理范式的转换

Primary Study on Management Paradigm Shift

企业管理理论的发展需要新范式 ,复杂系统理论的引入则为这种新范式的产生与传统范式的转换提供了一个理论框架。基于此 ,文章从比较传统系统范式和复杂系统范式入手 。

A new form of paradigm is needed in Enterprise Management fields; accordingly,the introduction of the theory of nonlinear system provides the framework for the transition from traditional paradigm to the new one. On this basis, this paper starts with analyzing deficiency of traditional Enterprise Management,and the necessity of the conversion of the paradigm,and probes into the edification the new one brings about in Enterprise Management fields.
