Studies on the C,D ring rearrangement of gibberellin derivative II: structural studies of 8,13-epi-gibberellin derivative

摘要 讨论赤霉素类化合物在碱存在下发生C、D环偶姻重排反应后 ,所得的 8,13-epi-异构体的结构鉴定 .研究证明重排反应确实得到了预期的产物 .进一步的衍生化反应产物的X -衍射分析证实了所推断结构的正确性 . The structure of compound (2),produced by acyloin rearrangement of gibberellin (1) under basic condition,was studied mainly by its NMR spectra.Furthermore,its structure confirmation was carried out based on the X-ray crystallography of compound (3),which has the same C,D ring conformation as compound (2).
