摘要
满足新形势下干部人事制度改革的需要 ,提出了开发高级管理人才综合素质测评分析系统的要求 ,对系统的实现所涉及的数据库结构设计作了详细分析和设计 ,为人事组织部门、人才交流中心提供高效方便、科学客观、公开公正的综合素质辅助测评工具奠定了基础。
To satisfy the need of catering the senior manager to the new situations, the author develops the evaluation software system of the senior manager's integral quality. In the present, the problems of the function and performance analysis, database design, software programming in the development process are discussed to the full. The software can presents an effective, scientific, open and just means for the evaluation of the integral quality to be applied by the personnel organization department and talent exchange service center.
