摘要
为了改进目前自动化嫁接机移载部分结构复杂、平稳性较差的不足 ,在棉花苗营养钵等移栽打直线穴机构优化设计的基础上[1] ,对蔬菜自动移栽机的拔苗机构的设计与有关参数确定进行了可行性理论分析和进一步优化设计 .通过安装必要的伺服机械 ,在主体机构连杆L上Mk 点安装拔苗爪 ,可减小取苗时对苗根系的破坏 ,同时可提高苗爪取苗的工作效率与质量 .
In order to improve working efficiency of automatic vegetable's graft and alter the present picking mathinery'defects,complicated and unstale,based on the study of the mechanism optimum design for the lineperforater of cotton seedlign yingyangbuo transplant ,the feasibility of design,the concerned parameters of the picking seeding mathinery,and the key component of the vegetable auto-transplant machine were analysed.By installing the necessary serromechanism and installing plantlet-claw in point M k of link L of main machinery,the damage to the roots of plantlet can be reduced while picking and improving the efficiency and quality of picking seeding with plantlet-claw.
