摘要
塑造服装企业家的形象与塑造服装企业形象的关系一直是困扰服装企业改革和发展的一个问题。两者之间的协调途径即服装企业家形象的准确定位是塑造服装企业形象的关键和内在动力,而良好而独特的服装企业形象是服装企业家形象的体现与结晶。
It is a confusing problem for an enterprise reform and its development as to how to build the figures of dress designers and fashion enterprises and how to coordinate the relationship between them. This article sets forth from two aspects the ways of coordination . One is to give an exact orientation to an dress entrepreneur, which is the key and inner motive power of building clothing enterprises' figure . The other is to assure that good and unique figure of clothing enterprises is reflection and fruit of dress enter-preneur's figure.
