摘要
采用正交设计 ,研究了 IBA、NAA、2 ,4- D的浓度及其处理时间对红枣脱毒组培苗一年生硬枝扦插育苗的影响 ,并选出了优化处理组合 ,可使其扦插成活率达 89.8%。
The effect of concentration and time treated of IBA?NAA?2,4 D on cuttaged raising seedlings of one year old stems of the tissue culture seeldlings of Jujuba removed virus have been studied by means of the orthogonal design in this paper, and we selected the optimization treated combination which can make the living rate come up to 89.8%.
