摘要
作者分析了有关宾汉流体的计算及湍流两相流的现状 ,在k ε湍流模型和使用壁面函数法处理近壁区问题的理论基础上 ,通过引入一些合理的假设 ,建立了一个比较有效的处理纸浆纤维悬浮液的数学模型 ,并对其进行了数值模拟 .作者通过对直圆管中纸浆纤维悬浮液两相湍流的模拟 ,证明了流核区的存在 (r/R =0~ 0 .2 ) .由纤维相和液相的速度分布 ,说明了滑移扩散连续介质模型的正确性 ,将不同初始湍流强度进行比较 ,可进一步解释有关“阻力减小”
The authors discussed the computational condition of Bingham fluid and the development of two-phase turbulent model, the authors imported some reasonable hypothesis and set up a model of treating with pulp fibre suspensions on the k-ε turbulent model and the wall function that be used to predict problem near the wall,and approached the scheme of the simulation.The numerical computations were performed for two-phase turbulent of pulp fibre suspensions in a straight circular pipe, proved that the flow core was existent(r/R=0~0.2), it demonstrated the correctness of slip-diffusion continuous medium model from the distributing of velocity of fluid and solid, also explained the phenomenon of 'the resistance minish' from the compare of the different initiate turbulent intensity.
