摘要
阐述了中国古代“割圆术”与古希腊“穷竭法”的联系与差异 .“割圆术”包含近代极限思想 ,其过程是一个无限过程 ,可以创造崭新结果 ;而“穷竭法”适用范围更广 ,是一个有限过程 。
The similarity and difference between the method of cutting circle and infinite approach are discussed.The method of cutting circle including limit thought is a infinte procedure,it can introduce new results.But the method of infinite approach is used more widely,it is a uninfinite procedure,and it only can achieve the desired results with reduction to absurdity.
