被膜金属内支架治疗食管胃部癌性狭窄

Metal Stent Implantation with Membrane Treatment for Cancer Stricture of Esophageal and Stomach

目的 :观察被膜金属内支架治疗食管、食管—胃吻合口及贲门部癌性狭窄的疗效。材料与方法 :5 0例患者中男性 4 3例、女性 7例 ,年龄最小 4 0岁、最大 84岁 ,平均 6 6 6岁。食管癌 39例 ,食管—胃吻合口复发者 7例 ,贲门癌 4例。所有病例手术操作均在X线监视下进行。结果 :所有病人内支架置入术均获成功。吞咽困难症状缓解率为 10 0 %。食管纵隔或气管瘘均一次封堵成功。术后生存 1年以上者 15例。结论 :被膜金属内支架治疗食管、吻合口及贲门部恶性狭窄在缓解症状、提高生活质量方面疗效确切 ,术后放、化疗可以延长生存期 ,该法是晚期食管癌。

Purpose:To study the effectiveness of treatment for esopohageal,shut stoma of esophageal-stomach and cardia cancer stricture were treated by metal stent implantation with membrant.Materials and Methods:In 50 cases,43 cases of male and 7 cases of female,40～84 years old.A means is 66 6 years old,39 cases of esophageal cancer,7 cases of relapse esophageal-stomach shut stoma,4 cases of cardia cancer.Every case is operated to keep watch on under the x-ray.Results:Every case gets metal stent implantation successfully.Rate of palliative with disphagia is 100%.The fistula of esophageal-media-stium and trachea were seal successfully only once.Postoperative,survival period of 15 cases is over 1 year.Conclusion:Curative effect on metal stent implantation treatment for malignant stenosis of esophageal.Shut stoma and cardia is exact on palliative symptom and improve living quality.Chemotherapy and radiotherapy of post operative can prolong period live.This method is one of the synthesige therapy of advanced esophageal and cardia cancer.
