神经内窥镜手术备皮方法的探讨

Investigation for skin preparation method about Neurologic endoscope operation

目的 :探讨神经内窥镜手术前局部小范围备皮方法的可行性。方法 :选择神经内窥镜手术患者 80例 ,随机分为A、B两组 ,每组各 4 0例 ,A组采用常规开颅手术的备皮方法 ;B组采用术日麻醉后剃除切口周围约 3cm范围的头发 ,在局部小范围内备皮。比较两组术后的体温、切口与颅内感染的发生率。结果 :在术后体温、切口感染率、颅内感染率上两种备皮方法差异无显著性(P >0 0 5 )。结论

Objective:To investigate about fessibility of local small area skin preparation about neurologic endoscope operation Method:80 cases were divided randomly into group A and B A accept skin preparation method for traditional cran^iotomy;B only shaved 3 cm 2 area around incision Result:There are no significant differences between A and B in infection ratio of dermal and intracranial Con^clusion:Local small area skin preparation after local anaesthesia can be used as routinal preparation method
