气管损伤的观察及护理

Observation and nursing of trachea rupture

目的 :总结气管损伤的治疗护理经验。方法 :对救治护理的气管断裂 3例 ,予以周密的病情观察及有效的护理。结果 :患者明确诊断并行气管重建修复术 ,无并发症发生 ,痊愈出院。结论 :气管断裂后 ,特别是临床症状不典型者 ,护理人员需细心观察 ,为明确诊断提供依据 ,同时加强术后呼吸道管理及并发症的预防 ,保证患者平稳度过手术期 。

Objective:To conclude nursing experiences about treatment of trachea injury Method:3 cases were successfully rescued Result:All 3 cases accepted trachea reconstructive plasty after diagnosis,all healed without complications Con^clusion:Patients show atypic,clinical manefestation,we should strengthen observation and respiratory tract management,keep patients living through dangerous period
