目的 :研究碘伏浸泡冷冻保存自体颅骨行颅骨修补术的护理。方法 :应用碘伏浸泡冷冻保存自体颅骨行颅骨修补术 6 2例 ,并实施整体护理。结果 :除 4例皮下积液 ,1例并发感染外 ,余均无并发症发生。结论 :碘伏浸泡冷冻保存自体颅骨行颅骨修补术简单易行 ,减少了并发症及医疗费用 。

Objective:To research about nursing of cranioplasty with self frozen skull immersed in iodophor Method:We had prepare auto skull graff by freezing and reserving by immersing in iodophor for cranioplasty,holistic nursing had been taken Result:4 cases show subcutaneous hydrop,among them 1 cases with infection ,others succedeed Conclusion:Immersing in iodophor,freezing can promise successful cranioplasty with the least complications,and leart expendicy Holistic nursing is also the crue for success
