ERK_1、ERK_2在胃腺癌中的表达及临床意义

The clinical significance and expression of extracelluler signal-regulated protein kinase in human gastric adenocarcinoma

对 38例胃腺癌及其相应癌旁组织和 2 0例大致正常的胃粘膜组织进行 Western印迹检测 ,同时将其石蜡切片进行免疫组织化学染色 ,检测以上组织中细胞外信号激酶 1.2 (ERK1 、ERK2 )的表达 ,并结合胃癌临床病理资料进行分析。结果显示 ,ERK1 、ERK2 在胃癌组织中呈强阳性表达 ,而对照胃粘膜组织中呈弱表达或无表达 ,免疫组织化学与 Western印迹结果具有一致性 ;ERK1 、ERK2 的阳性表达与胃癌的组织学类型、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。认为胃癌组织中 ERK1 、ERK2 的表达增强 。

Immunohistochemical and Western blot analysis of extracelluler signal regulated protein kinase1?2(ERK 1?ERK 2)were performed on 38 samples of tumor tissue and paratumor tissue and 20 normal gastric mucosa The results showed that ERK 1?ERK 2 were overexpressed in gastric adenocarcinoma determined by immunohistochemical analysis,and similar to that by Western blot analysis although most of control mucosa showed negtive or weak immunostain No correlation between ERK 1?ERK 2 expression and clinicopathological features or pathological staging were found This data suggests that the expression of ERK 1?ERK 2 are closely related to human gastric adenocarcinoma,ERK signaling pathway may plays a critical role in the regulation of the carcinogenesis in human gastric adenocarcinoma
