摘要
采用免疫组织化学方法检测石蜡包埋的人肝细胞癌 (HCC)标本中凋亡相关基因 bax、bcl- w的表达。bax在 HCC中阳性率 (18/ 4 0 )低于肝硬变 (11/ 15 ) ,而 bcl- w在 HCC中阳性率 (2 2 / 4 0 )高于肝硬变 (3/ 15 ) ,P均 <0 .0 5。高、中分化型者 ,bax表达高于低分化者 ,bcl- w表达低于低分化者。临床分期为 、 期者 ,bax表达高于临床 期者 ,bcl- w表达低于临床 期者。胎甲球蛋白 (AFP)≤ 4 0 0 μg/ L 患者 ,bax表达高于胎甲球蛋白 (AFP) >4 0 0 μg/ L 患者 ,bcl- w表达低于胎甲球蛋白 (AFP) >4 0 0 μg/ L 患者 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。但两者在不同性别和不同年龄组 (>6 0岁与≤ 6 0岁 )之间则无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结果提示凋亡相关基因 bax、bcl- w在 HCC中表达对肝癌细胞的凋亡起调节作用 ,并与分化程度、临床分期。
The protein expression levels of bax and bcl w were determined by immunohistochemistry with Envision system The positive rate of bax expression in HCC(18/40)was lower than that in cirrhosis(11/15) (P<0 05),There was significant relationship between bax expression and grades of differentiation,between bax expressionand clinical stages,and between bax expression and AFP levels(P<0 05,or P<0 01) The positive rate of bcl w expression(22/40) was higher than that in cirrhosis(3/15) (P<0 05).There was also significant relationship between bcl w expression and grades of differentiation,between bcl w expression and clinical stages,and between bcl w expression and AFP levels(P<0 05,orP<0 01) However,there was no statistical difference between the male and female or between the old and young patient for both the bax and bcl w expression(P<0 05,respectively) These suggest that the apoptotic related gene bax and bcl w participate partially in apoptosis regulation in HCC and its expressions show some correlation with grades,clinical stages and AFP levels
