摘要
本文从知识视角剖析汽车大集团的核心竞争力的内涵,通过分析国外汽车企业开展知识管理的成功经验,探索我国汽车大集团培育基于知识管理的核心竞争力的对策。
From the viewpoint of KM, the implication of the core competitiveness of the automotive group is analyzed. Through successful experience from foreign automotive enterprises in the implimentation of KM, strategy in pushing KM is explored for China's big automotive groups.
