Search and rescue at sea is our unshirkable obligation entrusted by International Convention on Maritime Search and Rescue,1979 and Chinese Traffic Safety Law at Sea. To comprehend and solve commendably the existing problems on the operation of search and rescue at sea have a great significance for fulfilling the Convention and saving lives at sea.
