摘要
新型纤维炉衬材料的研究和应用,是热处理装备中节能降耗提高生产率的主要发展及科研方向。通过技术研究和分析,并结合实地调研,论证了全纤维化炉衬在各类周期型砖体结构工业炉中进行技术提升和改造的可行性,并展望了全纤维炉衬在热处理行业节能降耗、提高生产率中的推广前景。
The study and application for the new type of fiber linear materials is present main development and research direction in reducing the energy cost and the way to boost productivity .The way that a variety of cycling bricking industrial furnaces refitted by fiber linear materials has been demonstrated feasible through analysis and investigation in the sites.The prospects of improvement in all heat treatment works is predicted.
