关于高速公路房建功能布局和建筑规模控制的探讨

随着10年来我国高速公路的建设发展,高速公路的管理所、收费站、服务区等服务设施的房建规模;已从探索阶段逐步走向规范管理阶段。国家也从加强公路建设项目用地指标管理的角度;界定了高速公路的房建规模。本文从福建省高速公路房建规模管理的实践出发,感到仍有明确功能,调整房建规模的需要。

This paper describes the necessity of making sure of the functions of building and adjusting the building construction dimensions according to the practice of building construction dimensions supervision of freeways in Fujian Province.
