微波激励CO_2激光器放电机制

摘要 CO2 激光器是气体激光器中最重要、用途最广泛的激光器 ,其激励系统的主要放电方式可分为直流、射频和微波放电。介绍了一种利用微波放电获得激光输出的新型激光器 ,对这种采用最新放电方式激励的激光器均匀放电的机制进行了详细的理论分析 ,并把由理论推导得出的结果和实验结果作比较 ,二者吻合一致。 CO 2 laser is the most important and most widely used in gas lasers, its main discharge types are divided into DC, RF and MW discharge in excitation system.A new type CO 2 laser which obtain the laser output using MW discharge is introduced,the mechanism of uniform discharge using the newest discharge mode is analyzed. And the results derived from theory and experimental one are compared as well,the theoretical result is identical with the experimental one completely.
