摘要
介绍以MCS-51单片机为核心,自动化工程中在线使用的颜色识别系统的工作原理、系统的构成和软件结构。在该系统中,采用光调制、同步定时采样方法,在无暗室条件下,取得内部标准光源照射而获取的彩色光。用高灵敏度、单色型非晶硅彩色传感器,感受彩色光中的红、绿、蓝三基色成分。再用MCS-51单片机进行功能控制、数据采集和处理。最后,以数字显示形式输出。
The principle,system constitution and-software
structure of an on-line colour identification system based
on a MCS-51 microprocesser for automatic engineeing is
presented.In this system,the colour lights are obtianed by
illuminating of inner standard light,using light modulation
and synchronous timed method in the condition of without
darkroom.the red green and blue components of colour
light are sensed by a high sensitive colour sensor of
monochraic noncrystalline silicon.The MCS-51 micropro-
cessor is then taken to control the function,collect and pro-
cess the data.In the end,the result are displayed in the
form of numeral.
