对《文后参考文献著录规则》修订的建议

The Proposal of Revising GB7714- 87

针对电子文献和网络出版物(合称为电子出版物)的大量产生和日益被人们所重视以及参考利用,而国家标准GB7714-87《文后参考文献著录规则》是在电子文献和网络出版物产生以前制订和实施的,并且主要适用于传统介质的文献。为了统一和规范人们参考引用电子出版物的著录规则,文章认为对国家标准GB7714-87进行修订是完全必要的,并且提出了初步的著录规则的建议。

With the mass producing of electronic documents and network publishing (name in collaboration as electronic publications) , people paid more attention to them and refered to them more frequently than before. Nevertheless the national standard GB7714- 87 descriptive rules for bibliographic references had been laid down and carried out before the production of electronic publications,and it mainly applied to traditional documetns(paper). In order to unify and standardize the descriptive rules of electronic publication to which people refer the author considers that it's complete necessary to revise the national standard GB7714- 74, and proposes the descriptive rules preliminary in the article too.
