信息时代我国《档案法》的修改设想

Amendment of Archives law of China in Information Age

随着信息时代的到来 ,档案工作发生了许多新的变化 ,需要从法律上予以规范。由于我国现有《档案法》不能完全适应新时代档案工作的需要 ,因此需要修改。本文按照《档案法》的体系 ,从五个方面提出了修改《档案法》

With the coming of information age,there have been many changes in archives management.The current Archives Law can't accommodate to the new requirements of archives management in new era,so we must amend it.In this paper,the author suggest that we can amend Archives Law from five aspects according to the current Archives Law.
