扩招给高校图书馆的文献资源建设和读者服务工作带来了前所未有的压力,各个图书馆也从自身条件出发对业务工作进行了相应的调整,但这些被动的调整在某种程度上只是一种暂时的应急措施,甚至是竭泽而渔。高校图书馆要保证长久的可持续发展,在质量和数量上实现服务能力的同步扩张,还必须解决一些管理上的深层次问题。
