摘要
运用数据包络分析方法对武器装备研制费投资的军事经济效益进行了分析评价,为武器装备研制的投资决策提供了分析依据.
In this paper, by means of a method of data envelopment analysis(DEA), the investment returns in the development of weapons are analyzed and evaluated, the reference countermeasure and scientific basis for investment decision and management are provided.
