摘要
本文介绍一种新型的血压Holter,它将微处理器控制的血压检测模块与掌上电脑结合实现血压数据的自动监测和远程传输。血压检测采用振动测量法原理 ,由微处理器控制气泵、气阀开关 ,实现袖套的充放气 ,袖套内压力信号经压力传感器检测、放大和滤波后由A D转换器采集 ,通过串口传给掌上电脑进行分析处理 ,确定血压参数。掌上电脑还兼具参数设置、波形浏览、参数统计与远程传输等功能。本研究借助移动计算技术 ,较好地解决了现有设备因缺乏远程传输能力而应用范围受限的问题 ,可望广泛地用于社区诊所、家庭病房、医院等多种场合血压信息的收集 ,应用前景十分广阔。
In this paper is described a novel pressure Holter, which combines a microprocessor\|controlled blood pressure detecting module with a palm PC to implement remote data transfer capability. In detail, using the oscillometric method, a gas\|discharging procedure is implemented in the sleeve by controlling ON and OFF of the pump and value respectively. Meanwhile, the pressure signal in the sleeve is detected by a pressure sensor and then amplified and filtered to reject noise and to extract blood pressure oscillation wave. A/D converters digitize the pressure signals and send them to palm PC for analysis, determining the blood pressure parameters. Additional functions, such as interactive parameter setting, waveform browsing, statistics of parameters, and remote data transferring, are implemented by using the palm PC. By mean of mobile computing technology, this study has overcome the application limitation suffered by those currently available devices due to lack of remote data transfer capability. It is expected to widely apply it for acquisition of blood pressure information in many situations, including community clinic, family and hospital.
