摘要 本文对硅微通道法测量红细胞变形性的理论进行了针对性的分析和推导 ,提出了在硅微通道法中以细胞通过阻力 β和细胞堵塞比率ε分析红细胞变形性的双参数方法 ,并结合我们利用该技术研制的红细胞流变性测量芯片系统进行实验研究 。 Silicon microchannels method is novel and effective one for assessing red blood cell deformability.In this special way,we developed a quantitative analysis model with two parameters.Two intuitive parameters of RBC deformability(i.e.RBC average transit resistance β and proportion ε of RBC clogging)were extracted based on this model.Then we took advantage of a silicon microchannels chip system for studying RBC rheological characteristics to do some experiments to prove the applicability of this theoretical method.
