股骨重建髓内钉治疗同侧股骨颈和股骨干骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨股骨重建髓内钉治疗同侧股骨颈和股骨干骨折的临床效果,以及技术操作中注意的问题.方法选取我院1998年8月-2001年12月同侧股骨颈和股骨干骨折25例,用股骨重建髓内钉(Smith-Nephew Recon-Nail)治疗.结果平均随访时间16个月,术中平均出血600 ml,平均手术时间为3 h,股骨干骨折在6个月内愈合,股骨颈骨折除1例迟延愈合外其余都在3个月内愈合,1例近端锁钉断裂,无髓内钉和远断锁钉断裂.无感染和栓塞并发症发生.结论股骨重建髓内钉治疗同侧股骨颈和股骨干骨折是一种较理想方法,它可以用一种内固定物固定两种骨折,不切开骨折端,减少出血,减少对骨折端血运的破坏,有利于骨折的愈合,减少对病人的创伤.
