Studying anti-bacterial activity of Dutongwan in vivo

目的 :对肚痛丸提取液进行体内抗菌活性试验。方法 :采用体内抗菌试验方法。结果 :肚痛丸提取液对志贺菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌等感染的小鼠均有较好的治疗作用。结论

Objective: To measure the minimum inhibitory concentrations of Dutongwan in vivo. Method: Method of anti bacterium in vivo was employed. Results: There is significant therapeutical effect on mouse infected by Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Bacillus coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa et al. Conclusion: Dutongwan showed obvious anti-bacterial activity in vivo.
