利培酮与氯氮平维持治疗精神分裂症患者的社会功能比较

A comparison of social ability of patients with schizophrenia treated with risperidone and those treated with clozapine

目的 :比较利培酮与氯氮平维持治疗精神分裂症患者的社会功能。方法 :对以利培酮与氯氮平治疗痊愈的首发精神分裂症患者随访 1年 ,使用社会功能缺陷量表 (SDSS)评定其社会功能。结果 :利培酮组比氯氮平组社会功能恢复显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :利培酮维持治疗精神分裂症具有更好的社会功能。

Objective: To compare the social ability of patients with schizophrenia treated with risperidone and with clozapine . Method : Recovered patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were treated with clozapine or risperidone were followed for a year . Social ability was evaluated on SDSS. Results: The patients treated with risperidone were better in social ability than those treated with clozapine. Conclusion : The patients treated with risperidone were better in social ability.
